Our Shipping Policy
We always want to be close to you, and that is why we send our products wherever you are!
For orders of 60€ or more, we offer FREE standard shipping for all online orders delivered to destinations in Europe and the UK (exclusive of any other offers or discounts).
All European orders are expected to be delivered between 4-7 business days after order is dispatched.
Please note: we can only ship to a residential or business addresses and.
We do not accept PO box adresses.
At Natura Organics we have a very friendly Consumers guarantee Guidelines.
We are happy to offer a store credit on items that are returned to us,
unopened and unused, within 14 days after the date of purchase and the item
being returned within 7 days after contacting us.
If in the rare event an item might arrive broken or faulty, take an immediate photo
and email us within 14 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then guide you through the returns process.
For returns on our Professional Solutions please
send us directly an email with pictures and details about the defect.

3. Pack & Send
Pack carefully your item, including a copy of the approval for the return
email from our Customer Service Team Member, and send it to us!
Allow up to 21 days to receive a store credit or to get a replacement of the item.
